El Floridita Restaurand is the LA hot spot on Monday nights.  With old world style, fine Cuban cuisine, live music, and salsa dancing,  You can't really go wrong.  Oh they have fantastic mojitos as well. 

Because it is such a popular Monday spot it is best to show up early so that you don't have to get stuck in the lines.  If you are dining it can be a bit pricey, but  If you are just there for the dancing, there is a $10.00 cover charge.  You will find lots of great dancers here from all ages and ethnicities.  From the beautiful girls, with their salsa getup, to the old men grooving like pros, decked out in white, head to toe.
